1. Reset Password Via SMS Message

To reset your password click the "Reset My Password" button below:

  1. You will be asked to enter your mobile number and login name and verify the security questions that you entered the first time you signed in.
  2. You will be sent an SMS message with your temporary password.

2. Ask your Client Administrator to unlock/reset your password

If you are unsure who your Client Administrator is, please contact the person who set you up with a QuickSuper account.

Your client administrator should:

  1. Sign-in to QuickSuper
  2. Click 'Administration'
  3. Click 'Users'
  4. Select your user
  5. Click 'Reset Password'

Your administrator will then be able to provide your password via your preferred medium.

3. Contact BT

If you are unable to use any of the above options, you can have someone from BT identify you and send an email to btquicksuper@btfinancialgroup.com. You can contact BT directly by calling 1300553010.
